Melanie Mitchell Tucker is a native Greenvillian who recently retired as a middle school art instructor and journalism teacher. Her area of study at the Mississippi University of Women was commercial art, but printmaking is her primary focus. Gyotaku, monotype, relief prints, collograph, clay lithography, drypoint etching, and block printing are among her favorites.
