Janice N. "Honey" Dean

 

Janice Neill “Honey” Dean is known primarily for her botanical and natural science illustrations. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with degrees in art and English, and from Delta State University with a doctorate in education. After retiring from public education in the Delta, she moved to Brandon, MS, where she currently paints and tends to grandchildren. Her paintings can be seen at Montage Marketplace in Greenville, MS, and Spectacles Gallery in Jackson, MS.
