Pastel Workshop

On Saturday, April 8, 2017, several DAA members met at E.E. Bass in Greenville with the very talented Brian Speck from Cleveland. Brian is currently the high school visual art instructor at St. Joseph High school, and is highly skilled in the use and instruction of pastels. 

 

Brian prefers to work with a product called NuPastel in his classroom, and he introduced the group to this medium that is a slightly different composition than the traditional pastels that many members have used before.
